Mr. Kumar has vast experience in vetting and drafting of various kinds of Agreement. He has drafted cross-border joint venture agreements and various other agreements for Indian and International clients of the firm. Mr. Kumar is an avid Litigation Lawyer and appears before the various High Courts and other Tribunals in matters pertaining to civil law, writ law and service matters. Mr. Kumar after completing his LLB from Delhi University in the year 2003 started his practice with Sh Lal Singh Thakur at Delhi High Court and Tis Hazari Court, Delhi and thereafter joined a law firm, SVS Partners as associates. Mr. Kumar has an expertise in the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 and has handled some of the big Arbitration at New Delhi including the arbitration of the Sikkim Lottery. Mr. Kumar is also a Trade Mark Agent and has been filing Trade Mark Applications both domestic and International and has represented the client before the Registrar of Trade Marks. Because of his rich experience in company law he has been providing opinions on Company matters and appearing before the Company Law Tribunal.

Previously, he worked with Law firm and Corporate as in-house Lawyer and holds rich experience of 12 years in the compliances and advisory in the field of Corporate Law, Labour law, MA and Contracts drafting and negotiation. He worked on various transactions involved Merger Acquisition, restructuring, Slum sale transaction, Joint Ventures, business transfer and involved in drafting, vetting and negotiating various commercial contracts.
Mrs. Laxmi Arvind is the Advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India and has wide experience in handling matters pertaining to civil law as well as commercial law. Mrs. Arvind has been an active social reformer and has been taking matters of the weaker section of the society before the Supreme Courts and at various other tribunals. She is also member of the Supreme Court Legal aid society. She has a vast experience of 41 years in the field of law and has given social reform lectures at various forums.
Ms. Prasad is the Partner in the Firm and has wide experience as a litigation Lawyer in the High Court and Supreme Court of India. Ms. Prasad represents the firm before the various Tribunals in Delhi.
Justice G.K.Mathur, M.A., LL.B (Allahabad) Senior Advocate, retired as Judge, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in 1991. Thereafter re-employed as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal at Agra for 3 years. Practising in Supreme Court since 1995 as designated Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court. Had been Senior Counsel for the State of U.P. and also of Reserve Bank of India. Earlier to his elevation as Judge, High Court in the year 1987, he had served the U.P. State judiciary as Civil Judge, District Judge, Chairman Sales Tax Tribunal, Chairman Administrative Tribunal –III, Member Administrative Tribunal –I and Member Vigilance Commission of State of U.P. during 31 years of tenure of his service. Justice Mathur is now sharing his valuable legal experience with the firm.
Bipin Bihari Sharma is a Consultant with the Firm and a seasoned professional with more than 12 years Industrial experience. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and graduated in Law (LLB). He has vast expertise in the matter of Acquisition, Take Over and restructuring of Non-Banking Finance Company, Housing Finance Company and Listed Company and in matters like IPOS, Restructuring, ISSUE OF GDRs, FCCBs, ESOPs, ESOS, Revocation of Suspension, Direct Listing, Preferential Issues and compliances pertaining to the Companies Act, NBFC-Prudential, Directions, FEMA, FDI and listing agreement.
Mr. Vikram is a law graduate. He is working as senior associate with the firm.. He has an experience in the area of civil litigation. He has expertise in civil law and plays a vital role in various civil litigation of the firm.
Mr. Chauhan is a Company Secretary and has been associated with the firm, Mr. Chauhan takes care of the compliances with regards to the Companies Act and support the Client doing the proper compliances require under the Act and advise on the regulations of the Act.
